I was just like the Nephew in this story. I didn't know what was in the Bible. Growing up in a home where the Catholic church was the only church our family attended, and since the Catholic church in the 70's was against encouraging parishioners having their own Bible, or reading it, I never opened a Bible. Now that I've accepted Jesus into my heart reading the Bible has become a daily occurrence for me. Do you know what it says? God has laid out what He wanted us to know in this collection of books by different Prophets. Everyday that I read or hear what comes from the Bible I'm astonished what it says!
