Jesus’ words “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing” are found in Luke 23:34. Jesus looked down from the cross upon a scene that must have been distressing to Him. The Roman soldiers were gambling for His clothing (John 19:23–24); the criminals on the crosses to either side of Him were reviling Him (Matthew 27:44); the religious leaders were mocking Him (Matthew 27:41–43); and the crowd was blaspheming Him (Matthew 27:39).

Something I realized after believing in Jesus was realizing that God's Promises were real and eternal. God never intended to leave us alone after creating us. Evil was created from our rejection of God's Will. In the garden of Eden, when we disobeyed God's rule and ate the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil we broke God's law. This Sin in the garden created a separation from God and something needed to correct it.

Bible Animations is a YouTube channel that attempts to give an immersive Biblical experience with it's videos. B.A. created a video that is supposed to be "The Entire Biblical Story told from Satan's Perspective". I watched the video and found it to follow very closely to the actual Bible and would recommend you check out the video for yourself.
