God's Promises
Something I realized after believing in Jesus was realizing that God's Promises were real and eternal. God never intended to leave us alone after creating us. Evil was created from our rejection of God's Will. In the garden of Eden, when we disobeyed God's rule and ate the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil we broke God's law. This Sin in the garden created a separation from God and something needed to correct it.
